1. PICK UP A GOOD BOOK OR LISTEN TO PODCAST
Whether it is imagination or inspiration, books and podcasts have them. It doesn’t have to be fiction to stir that creativity in you. Biographies and nonfiction are helpful in getting the encouragement you need.
2. TREAT YOURSELF TO SOME SWEETS AND TEA
I love food. Whether it is baking or buying goods, desserts will certainly sweeten your stomach and heart.
3. DO YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUT
Get that adrenaline pumping! Working out is a great way to replace that stale negativity in you with energetic inspiration.
4. EXPLORE NATURE AND GET SOME FRESH AIR
We need our greens. I’m not just talking about greens as in salad, but greens as in nature! Remember the saying “Stop and smell the roses”? We get so busy with our lives that we forget to enjoy the life around us. Go to the park, the beach, the mountains. Get that fresh air and rejuvenate your creativity!
5. HANGOUT WITH FRIENDS
It’s always nice to catch up with friends over a nice meal and laugh away. Having positive vibes around you can help freshen up your inspiration!
